All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Should you be unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome to take your place. Substitute delegates should be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds for Cancelled Registrations
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
From 19 March 2018 – 50% refund of registration fees and forfeit other costs including but not limited to accommodation.
From 30 April 2018 – no refund applicable.
There will be an event photographer present throughout the Networking Day, Conference and Awards Dinner. If you do not wish to be photographed please speak to the team at the registration desk.
Sponsorship & Exhibition:
WACOSS will invoice a minimum of 50% part payment of the sponsorship total (with the exception of exhibitor booths) within one month of acceptance of your sponsorship application form.
Refund for Cancellation Sponsorship
Cancellations of sponsorship will only be accepted in writing and signed by the person whose signature appears on this form (or their nominee). WACOSS will endeavour to re-sell your sponsorship package. If the cancellation is received by 16 February 2018 and WACOSS is able to re-sell your package, an administration fee of 25% of the total price is retained.
In the case of no resale, no refund will be given and the sponsor/exhibitor will be liable for payment of the balance.
